Authentic, the Brand Creators Summit · November 18
Fireside Chat with Shantell Martin
Prepared for Verizon — everything on the proposed fireside conversation in one place: the speakers, the topic, what we'd need from the stage, and the deck.
About Authentic
Authentic, the Brand Creators Summit brings together brand and agency leaders for a day of candid conversations about how creative work gets made and how brands build genuine cultural relevance.
The fireside chat sits at the centre of the programme: an intimate, moderated conversation on the main stage, captured on video and shared with our audience in the months that follow.

Speakers
The conversation
The conversation centres on what it takes to stay authentic — and to hold on to that authenticity — while building the kind of commercial relationships that lift a brand and an artist at the same time.
Shantell has built a remarkable career as a visual artist working with brands such as RIMOWA, The North Face, Puma, Tiffany & Co. and Mattel. We'll dig into the alchemy and symbiosis that come out of collaboration: what each side actually brings, how trust is built, and why the best partnerships expand both brands rather than diluting either one.
We'll also cover her background — where she's from, the path she took, and how she grew a distinctive line into a global practice — before closing on what's happening in the market today and where she sees creative partnerships heading next.

Time requirements from the speaker
- 30 minutes before — microphone setup, backstage prep and a quick run-through with the moderator.
- 30 minutes on stage — the moderated fireside conversation.
- About 30 minutes afterwards — this is where audience Q&A and any press conversations would sit.
Both the audience Q&A and any press conversations are optional and entirely subject to the speaker's preference — we'll confirm what she's open to before locking the run of show.
